    Dual pickup: up to triple the flow

    The Ruby 5 refines the classic continuous screw-tempering system with an exclusive dual-pickup mechanism — delivering up to triple the chocolate flow of machines its size, with better homogenization and temper stability. It is the fruit of years of research and development alongside our customers.

    Standard or ChocoSense™

    Choose the Standard version, simple and button-operated, with PID controllers accurate to under 0.5 °C; or the ChocoSense™, with electronic LCD control, automatic wake-up and shutdown and up to 9 saved recipes for different chocolates.

    Perfect temper, without depending on the operator

    The ChocoSense™ system monitors and adjusts the temper on its own, reaching top scores on the most advanced tempermeters. Quality no longer depends on having a highly skilled person running it — the machine takes care of it for you.

    Durable and safe by design

    Chain transmission, a gearmotor with a frequency inverter and tailor-made seals for chocolate ensure longevity. The contact parts come apart without tools, the design is sanitary and it meets the NR-10 and NR-12 standards, with a CE-certified version available.
