COB-200V enrobing module
It turns the Esmeralda into a complete enrober for fine chocolate: 200 mm of usable width, a blower to remove the excess, a tail cutter, an outfeed belt, vibration for finishing and an automatic parchment paper feeder.

Vibrating table module
From solid bonbons to hollow chocolates and Easter eggs: a sanitary polyurethane belt that does not dry out or yellow, a heated grid to prevent crystallization and room to vibrate 3 to 6 molds at once.
