SferaOne: refining below 20 microns in 2–3 hours
The heart of the line refines through the collision of high-hardness chromed-steel spheres — no oxidation, no contamination risk — with a magnetic filter against metal residue, internal mass recirculation and cold-gas cooling with sensors controlling temperature throughout the refining.

VertiConcha 200: your chocolate will never be the same
Conching of up to 200 kg per batch with hot-air circulation to reduce moisture and remove the acetic acid formed during bean fermentation — silkier textures, stable shelf life and unmatched flavor, with every aroma parameter under control.

Shearing that cuts your recipe cost
The VertiConcha shearing device lowers chocolate viscosity through mechanical emulsification: more fluid, velvety masses with less added cocoa butter — direct savings in the final formulation.

ChocoMesh: nothing gets through unrefined
The vibrating sieve filters larger unrefined particles at the mill outlet, guaranteeing uniform particle size — with interchangeable filters for different products and adapters for 10–20 kg buckets.

Native integration, simple operation
SferaOne, VertiConcha and ChocoMesh were designed to work together — from cocoa mass to finished chocolate without improvisation, controlled by 7" touchscreens with recipes that signal when to add each ingredient.
