    Special high-shear blades refine, reduce moisture and viscosity, remove acetic acid and oxygenate the mass, producing more velvety chocolates with a stable shelf-life and incomparable flavor.

    It can be equipped with pump discharge and tanks to automate unloading, building an integrated line from cocoa mass to finished chocolate without worrying about transfer.
