The OSD-5 makes large-scale production of filled chocolates more productive and less stressful. Compact and modern, it was designed to work with belts and cooling tunnels, forming continuous high-output lines in a small footprint.
Equivalent to ~105 kg/h in 30 g bonbons, with static or on-the-move depositing
Filled, solid, bars, coins and half-and-half in a single shot
The Tri-Shot kit deposits the shell and two fillings in a single shot
Temperature control at every point, with no interference between them
The head moves while the belt stays still — lets you connect a cooling tunnel in a continuous line
Both tanks come out tool-free for fast, easy cleaning
