Coating and shop-window on the same counter

A chocolate cascade does two things at once: it coats and it captivates. On one hand, it is production — bathing strawberries, cookies, skewers, bonbons and fruit in a continuous curtain of tempered chocolate. On the other, it is a living shop-window: the movement of the flowing chocolate catches the eye of everyone who walks by and turns a purchase into an experience. The Chocoloop was designed for that dual role, whether built into the counter or on open display.

A continuous flow, adjustable on the spot

The chocolate curtain never stops: the product loops around and returns to the reservoir, ready for the next coating. The output flow volume is easy to adjust — more generous for a full-bodied coating, finer for a delicate bath. It is the same machine serving everything from the strawberry at the counter to the day's batch of bonbons.

Built to embed or to display

With the optional built-in accessories — grid, finishing plate and ring —, the Chocoloop disappears into the counter and leaves only the chocolate curtain in view, with an impeccable look. On display, it becomes an attraction in its own right. The side handles make it easy to move the machine whenever you want to reposition it in the shop.

Simple cleaning, no tools

The whole design is sanitary and made for the daily routine of serving customers. The contact parts come apart without tools, the conveyor screw removes easily, and the reversal system empties the reservoir quickly at the end of the shift. Less time cleaning, more time selling.

The continuous curtain coats practically everything that passes beneath it:

  • Fresh fruit — strawberries, grapes, banana and pineapple slices
  • Fruit or marshmallow skewers and brochettes
